The invention relates to anti-scaling evaporative cooling equipment for the primary dust removal of a converter. The anti-scaling evaporative cooling equipment comprises an anti-scaling evaporative cooler (1), an efficient heat exchange tube (2), an elbow dust remover (3) and a double-medium tempering spray gun (5), wherein the efficient heat exchange tube (2) is arranged at the periphery of the anti-scaling evaporative cooler (1), and the elbow dust remover (3) is arranged at the outlet of the anti-scaling evaporative cooler (1). The anti-scaling evaporative cooling equipment disclosed by the invention solves the problem of hole opening for a double-flow spray gun on a vaporization cooling flue, the problem that the inner wall of an evaporation cooling tower is liable to scale, the problem of ash blockage of an internal double-chain conveyer, and the problem of substandard dust emission of a diffusion chimney during the smelting initial period, secondary gun unloading and smelting later period of the converter, is especially suitable for a wet method-to-dry method dust removal project for the primary smoke of the converter, and has a wide application prospect.
