Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a nano TiO2 modified carbonate polyurethane adhesive. The technical scheme is as follows: the method comprises the following steps: 1. sequentially adding 100-500 parts of component A and 80-300 parts of component B into a three-neck flask, and dehydrating under reflux at 112-120 DEG C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a mixture X; 2. cooling the mixture X to 40-50 DEG C, adding 60-150 parts of component C, and stirring for 0.5 hour to obtain a mixture Y; and 3. adding 1-6 parts of nano TiO2 into the mixture Y, heating to 50-60 DEG C, and keeping the temperature to react for 2 hours to obtain the carbonate-type single-component polyurethane adhesive. By adopting the carbonate solvent and nano TiO2, the method has the advantages of no toxicity, low cost and simple technical operation. The obtained adhesive has the advantages of higher mechanical properties, higher stability, ultraviolet resistance, mildew resistance and the like. |
