Summary: | The invention provides a modified graphene oxide polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of graphene oxide prepared by a pyrolysis expansion process, dispersing the graphene oxide in an organic solvent, grafting a double-bond-containing acrylate chain segment by utilizing hydroxy, carboxy and other active functional groups on the graphene oxide, compounding the modified graphene oxide, an acrylic resin, a reactive diluent, a filler, a photoinitiator and the like to obtain a composite, coating, baking to remove the solvent, and curing under the irradiation of a high-pressure ultraviolet mercury lamp, thereby obtaining the modified graphene oxide polymer composite material. The composite material is mixed in the liquid state; the graphene oxide is modified by the acrylate chain segment, and thus, has favorable compatibility with other resins and the like, so that the graphene oxide can be uniformly dispersed in the polymer material; and after uniform mixing, the polymer material is quickly cured under ultraviolet light to obtain the solid-state modified graphene oxide polymer composite material. |
