Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of fluidizing and discloses a multiscalesolid-phase spout-fluidizing dispersion-mixing device which comprises a barrel, a cone-shaped distribution device, a stirring device and a material discharging system, wherein a material inlet and a material outlet are formed in theside wall of the barrel; the material outlet is formed above the material inlet; the cone-shaped distribution device is arranged at the lower part of the barrel, is in a double-layer structure and comprises an outer cone-shaped shell and an inner cone-shaped body; distribution holes for distributing gas are formed in the inner cone-shaped body; the lower end of the outer cone-shaped shell is connected with a fluidizing gas pipeline; the lower end of the inner cone-shaped body is connected with a spouting gas pipeline which is arranged in thefluidizing gas pipeline and is coaxial with thefluidizing gas pipeline; the stirring device comprises a stirring shaft motor which can penetrate through an end socket of the barrel, and a stirring wheel; aspouting pipe is also arranged in the barrel; the upper end of thespouting pipe is positioned right belowthe stirring wheel; the lower end of thespouting pipe extends into a cone-shaped cavity of the inner cone-shaped body.The device can be used for efficiently dispersing and mixing multiscalesolidphases with multiscaledifference in length-diameter ratioand performing netting conveying so as to obtain products subjected to theuniformand stable dispersion-mixing.
