Summary:The invention discloses a method for combined preparation of flavonoid and triterpenic acid substances in loquat leaf. The method comprises the following steps: eluting fresh loquat leaf by using a dimethyl carbonate solution to obtain a flavonoid substance dimethyl carbonate extract solution, carrying out vacuum concentration, adding an ethanol solution, and re-crystallizing to obtain a finished flavonoid substance; and eluting obtained reflux residues by the ethanol solution to obtain a triterpenic acid substance ethanol extract solution, carrying out vacuum concentration, and re-crystallizing by using water to obtain a finished triterpenic acid substance. The method has the advantages of environmental protection, integration of separation and purification, simple process, energy saving and time saving.
