The invention provides a method for processing coaxial lines of different structures at the same time. Coaxial lines of different structures at least comprise a first coaxial line and a second coaxial line. The first coaxial line at least comprises a first outer insulating layer, a first shielding line layer, a first inner insulating layer, and a first core wire conductor layer. The second coaxial line at least comprises a second outer insulating layer and a second core wire conductor layer. The method comprises the following steps: cutting and stripping the first outer insulating layer of the first coaxial line and the second outer insulating layer of the second coaxial line at the same time to expose the first shielding line layer and the second core wire conductor layer; partially cutting the first shielding line layer and cutting off the second core wire conductor layer; stripping the partially-cut first shielding line layer, and correspondingly cutting the exposed first inner insulating layer and the exposed first core wire conductor layer. As the first shielding line layer is partially cut, the first shielding line layer is not cut off. Therefore, the first inner insulating layer at the inner side is not damaged.
