Summary: | The invention relates to the field of electronic components and discloses a large power chip multilayer inductor comprising an upper shell, a lower shell and a plurality of stacked insulation layers arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell. A top electrode collar layer is distributed on the uppermost insulation layer and a bottom electrode collar layer is distributed on the bottommost insulation layer; 7/8 circle of electrode collar layer is distributed on each of middle insulation layers between the uppermost insulation layer and the bottommost insulation layer. The electrode collar layers on the insulation layers are electrically connected through electric conductors. The large power chip multilayer inductor is characterized in that the 7/8 circle of electrode collar layer is distributed on each of the middle insulation layers and the top electrode collar layer and the bottom electrode collar layer are arranged, so that the number of electrode collars is increased on the condition of limited thickness and size of the product and the inductance value of the product is increased; when a product with the same inductance value is manufactured, the number of electrode collars of the product can be effectively reduced, so that the direct current resistance of the product is effectively reduced and the current resistance intensity is improved. |
