Summary: | A banknote and coin separation device for cash cases comprises a spring adjusting roller, a roller, two motors, a banknote box, and a coin box. The spring adjusting roller and the roller rotate to each other. Multiple fixed rods are arranged at the lower end of the gap between the spring adjusting roller and the roller. One end of each fixed rod is fixed to the inner wall of a cash case, and the other end is a free end. The minimum horizontal spacing between the fixed rods is greater than the diameter of a one-yuan coin and smaller than the width of a one-jiao banknote, and coins can fall into a conveying pipe arranged below the fixed rods without interference. The fixed rods differ in length, and banknotes can slide into a banknote storage area below the fixed rods along a download slope formed by the edges of the free ends of the fixed rods. Thus, banknotes and coins are separated. Moreover, the coin conveying pipe and a coin sorting mechanism used for screening one-yuan coins, five-jiao coins and one-jiao coins are sequentially arranged below the fixed rods, and therefore, five-jiao coins, one-jiao coins and one-yuan coins can be correspondingly conveyed to a five-jiao coin box, a one-jiao coin box and a one-yuan coin box. |
