The present invention discloses an article transfer apparatus, system and method and belongs to the field of data processing. The method comprises: a terminal sends an ordering instruction of a target article to an order management system; the order management system feeds back order information of an order to the terminal; according to the order information and a read electronic card, the terminal sends a resource exchange instruction to a card management system; the card management system completes transfer of transaction resources; the order management system, according to a resource transfer result, sends an article transfer instruction to an article provider device; and the article provider device completes transfer of the target article. The present invention solves the problem that an existing article transfer method not only needs to bind the electronic card with a mobile phone, but also is very fussy to operate; and an effect, that a user can obtain the target article by the electronic card after directly placing an order without carrying out pre-binding or carrying out additional operations of scanning a two-dimensional code and the like, is achieved.
