Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of molybdenum-nickel alloy powder, which takes a nickel sheet as an anode, takes an inert electrode as a cathode, takes a depolarization agent and sodium molybdate-containing aqueous solution as anode liquid, and takes an acid solution, an aqueous alkali or salting liquid as cathode liquid; in a double-chamber electrolytic tank which takes a cation membrane as diaphragm, a constant current electrolytic mode or a constant voltage electrolytic mode is employed for controlling the temperature as room temperature to 90 DEG C for electrolyzing the depolarization agent and sodium molybdate-containing aqueous solution until Na<+> ions are completely transferred to the cathode chamber; after electrolyzing, the products obtained in the anode chamber are cleaned while filtering by deionized water, the obtained filter cakes are dried, temperature is heated to 350-450 DEG C under hydrogen atmosphere at 2.5-10 DEG C/min for high temperature reduction for 1-2 hours, then temperature is heated to 600-800 DEG C for high temperature reduction for 2-4 hours, and then the filter cakes are naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain the molybdenum-nickel alloy powder. |
