Summary:The invention discloses a production process of engine oil, and relates to the field of automotive material processing. The method comprises the steps of: (1) injecting a base oil, (2) injecting an additive, (3) blending, (4) sampling, (5) storing, and (6) packaging. The base oil is mineral base oil with low cost and good performance; the additive is added with 0.005-0.08% of an anti-foam agent to effectively suppress the bubbles produced in engine oil; and 5.6-8.3% of an antioxidant is added to enhance the antioxidant capacity of the engine oil. Compressed air is used to agitate the oil to mix the base oil and additives uniformly; steam is employed for heating the blending tank to accelerate blending; a narrow mouth container is used for storage of the engine oil, and a seal ring is arranged on the container mouth to effectively prevent the evaporation loss of engine oil.
