The invention discloses a sludge high-temperature dehydrating agent including bacillus stearothermophilus, bacillus subtilis, sugarcane thermoactinomycetes, lactobacillus delbrueckii, bacillus natto, thermophilic cellulose-degrading bacteria, thermophilic ammonia-resistant bacteria and sporotrichum thermophile with the CFU proportion of (2-5):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2):(3-5):(3-5):(1-2). The bacterial agent decomposes organic matters in sludge, a main reaction releases heat, microorganisms have strong heat resistance, a part of the microorganisms are thermophilic bacteria, the temperature of a fermentation pile body rapidly rises, and with cooperation of overturning and throwing and gas extracting of a fermentation system, the purpose of rapid dehydration is achieved.
