The bacterial agent decomposes organic matters in sludge, a main reaction releases heat, microorganisms have strong heat resistance, a part of the microorganisms are thermophilic bacteria, the temperature of a fermentation pile body rapidly rises, and with cooperation of overturning and throwing and gas extracting of a fermentation system, the purpose of rapid dehydration is achieved.
