The sludge discharging device for the circulating flushing tank matched with the wet electric dust collector comprises a circulating water tank, a sludge sucking mother pipe vertically arranged in the circulating water tank, a sludge sucking main pipe connected to the sludge sucking mother pipe, a rotary motor connected with the sludge sucking mother pipe, a sludge pump connected with the sludge sucking mother pipe, a filtering device connected with the sludge pump, a sludge discharging pipeline connected with the filtering device, and a sewage discharge tank connected with the sludge discharging pipeline. The sludge discharging method for the circulating flushing tank matched with the wet electric dust collector adopts the sludge discharging device for the circulating flushing tank matched with the wet electric dust collector. According to the invention, the sludge content in the circulating water tank can be effectively eliminated.
