The invention relates to a blank-cutting device, in particular to an automatic blank-cutting device for a heat-insulating refractory brick. The automatic blank-cutting device comprises a forming extruder and a clay strip supporting plate. The upper portion of the clay strip supporting plate is provided with a blank-cutting cart track, the blank-cutting cart track corresponds to the clay strip supporting plate up and down and is provided with a blank-cutting cart and a driving device of the blank-cutting cart, and under the driving of the driving device, the blank-cutting cart can perform reciprocating rectilinear movement on the blank-cutting cart track. The blank-cutting cart is provided with a blank-cutting assembly, and the blank-cutting assembly comprises a blank-cutting mechanism, a clay strip transition annular strip, a driving mechanism, a blank-cutting cutting board, a blank-pushing mechanism and a control mechanism. The automatic blank-cutting device can guarantee that a wet state blank brick that is cut well is free of excessive deformation, internal crack and fracture, the product quality is stable and reliable; no redundant mud head remains during the blank cutting, the raw material utilization rate is 100%, the blank brick is regular in shape, and the margin is small.
