Summary: | The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic and super-oleophylic fluorocarbon resin block and the preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing nano metal nickel oxide particles through a reduction method, modifying the nano metal nickel oxide particles with fluorosilane to obtain low-surface-energy metal oxide nano particles, mixing the modified metal oxide nano particles with polyvinylidene fluoride, adding a foaming agent and performing high-temperature sintering to form a porous composite fluorocarbon resin block material. The prepared resin has super-hydrophobic and super-oleophylic characteristics and good oil-water separation effect and the super-hydrophobic characteristic can be maintained even after being worn. |
