The invention relates to an infant feeding device with heating and cooling functions, which comprises a bottle body, a stirring blade, a temperature sensor, a temperature display screen, a heating wire, a cold water pipe and an accumulator, wherein the stirring blade is arranged in the bottle body, the temperature display screen is arranged on the outer wall of the bottle body, the heating wire is wound on the outer wall of the bottle body, and the cold water pipe is arranged in a hollow cavity which is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the bottle body, and is wound on the inner wall. The infant feeding device with heating and cooling functions saves manpower by arranging the stirring blade in the bottle body, can accurately measure the temperature of stirred milk powder by arranging the temperature sensor and the temperature display screen, and guarantees the temperature of the stirred milk powder to be capable of always meeting a standard temperature during the feeding process by winding the heating wire on the inner wall of the bottle body. The infant feeding device with heating and cooling functions starts water in a water storage box to cycle in the cold water pipe by arranging the cold water pipe in the hollow cavity which is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the bottle body when the temperature of the stirred milk powder is higher than the standard temperature, thereby cooling a milk bottle.
