Summary: | The invention provides an improved structure of a direct-connection type electric cylinder. The invention, which belongs to the design field of the mechanical structure of the direct-connection type electric cylinder, especially relates to a connecting way of relatively-high-power motor with a large motor axle diameter and a relatively-small-diameter lead screw, wherein the connecting way of parts of the electric cylinder is simplified. According to the invention, the existing connection way of the lead screw and the bearing sleeve is changed. On the basis of the optical axis cooperation, a threaded screw mode is added. Moreover, a coupler is connected with a connecting bearing sleeve and a motor shaft instead of connecting the lead screw directly. Meanwhile, on the basis of the improved part structure, connection of the electric cylinder is realized by using fewer screws. Therefore, the internal structure of the electric cylinder becomes simple and compact; and the manufacturing cost is low. |
