Summary: | The invention discloses a method for extracting polysaccharide from mulberry leaves. The method includes: crushing to-be-processed mulberry leaves, and preprocessing the crushed mulberry leaves with ethanol solution; performing reflux extraction on the preprocessed mulberry leaves for 2-5 times, and combining extracts, wherein deionized water is used as extraction solvent, extraction temperature is 35-85 DEG C, extraction time is 0.5-3.0 hours, and liquid-material ratio is 0.5-30; reducing pressure and concentrating the extracts to the size 1/5-1/3 of the original size, adding 1-6 times of 65-95% ethanol, performing alcohol precipitation on polysaccharide, and standing and filtering to obtain precipitate; performing spraying drying on the obtained precipitate to obtain powder molecule mulberry leaf polysaccharide. The method has the advantages that the method is simple in process, safe and environmental friendly and suitable for continuous large-scale production, the extracted polysaccharide products are good in dispersity and solubleness, and a foundation is provided to mulberry leaf polysaccharide industrial production. |
