Summary:The invention discloses a process and a device for producing MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether)/butene-1 from remaining C4.The process comprises the following steps that the remaining C4 extracted from butadiene is mixed with methanol in a mixer and then enters an etherification reactor, so as to react in the etherification reactor to generate MTBE; streams after reaction enter a catalytic distillation column for further reaction and separation in the catalytic distillation column, the MTBE as a product is separated at the column bottom of the catalytic distillation column and enters an MTBE product storage tank; the remaining C4 is separated from the column top of the catalytic distillation column and passes through a methanol extraction water tower and a methanol recovery tower in sequence for methanol recovery, and the recovered methanol returns to an inlet of the etherification reactor, so as to continue to react; the remaining C4 is removed from the methanol and enters a C4 buffer tank from the methanol extraction water tower; the remaining C4 enters a C4 dividing wall column, and a butene-1 product is separated from the middle part of the C4 dividing wall column and enters a butene-1 product tank. According to the process and the device, the investment and the corresponding energy consumption of an isobutane tower are reduced, additionally, an occupied area is reduced, energy consumption is obviously reduced, and the processing cost is reduced.
