The invention discloses a three-chamber composting reactor which comprises a heating chamber, a high-temperature chamber, a cooling chamber and overturning and transferring devices, wherein the overturning and transferring devices are arranged in the heating chamber, high-temperature chamber and cooling chamber, and used for overturning the deposited raw material into air and sequentially transferring the raw material among the heating chamber, high-temperature chamber and cooling chamber. The three-chamber composting reactor in such structure can implement fermentation of the organic fertilizer in a closed space, accelerate the fermentation process and enhance the fermentation quality. The three-chamber composting reactor can automatically transfer the material among the heating chamber, high-temperature chamber and cooling chamber and enhance the work efficiency, and has high automation degree. The three-chamber composting reactor has the advantages of simple and practical structure and obvious effect.
