The invention discloses a TMR stirring machine which comprises a tank body and a stirring mechanism arranged in the tank body, wherein fixed knife groups are arranged on the inner wall of the tank body; the stirring mechanism comprises rotating shafts and two or more turnover knife groups; the turnover knife groups are driven by the rotating shafts to turn over, are used for being matched with the fixed knife groups to shear feed and driving the feed to roll over, and comprise a plurality of strip-shaped scrapers; the scrapers are arranged at intervals in the circumferential directions of the rotating shafts; a plurality of grooves are formed in the edges of the scrapers, and used for passing of the fixed knife groups. Through the adoption of the TMR stirring machine, the feed is cut in a shearing manner, so that feed extrusion is reduced, nutritional components in the feed are completely remained, and balanced absorption of coarse feed and concentrated feed for animals is guaranteed.
