The invention discloses a cutting seedling method for rosa damascena. Trays are arranged on an open rectangular container; water inlet and water outlet pipes are arranged to ensure uniform water supply and keep a substrate wet; temperature and humidity in a greenhouse are controlled; cuttings are treated by dipping the lower parts of the cuttings with hormone and sealing wounds on the upper parts of the cuttings with a protective agent; the substrate is prepared by mixing plain sand with peat according to a certain proportion; a nutrient solution is added, and medicaments such as bead tree leaf powder, garlic powder and ginger powder are utilized, so that the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests such as rose cutting anthracnose, root rot and gallinducing nematode is effectively prevented. Through comprehensive utilization of a plurality of measures, the problems of difficulty in temperature control, inappropriate substrate mixture ratio and relatively high occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests are fully solved. The method has the characteristics of high cutting speed, high cutting success rate of being up to about 90 percent, developed cutting seedling root system, excellent quality and the like.
