The invention discloses a novel recovery processing device of a waste dry battery. The recovery processing device comprises a support rack, a battery shell broken device, a sorting device, a fixed mould, a rotation shaft, a first motor, a runner, a feeding hopper, a separation device and a transmission device, wherein battery grooves used for accommodating the dry battery are formed at the circumferential edge of the runner, the transmission device comprises a second motor, a shell, a screw rod, a transmission sleeve and a rotation limiting mechanism, the separation device comprises a push rod and a push mould, a first cavity is arranged in the push rod, an air inlet is formed on the side wall of the push rod and communicated with outside pressure air source, a second cavity is arranged in the push mould, a punch die is arranged in the second cavity, a limitation part used for limiting the punch die is arranged on the inner side wall at the bottom of the push mould, and a third cavity for the inner core of the dry battery to pass through is formed on the fixed mould. By the novel recovery processing device, the job of separation of the shell and the inner core of the waste dry battery can be fulfilled better, and the recovery efficiency of the waste dry battery can be significantly improved.
