Summary: | The invention relates to a method for detecting concentration of PM2.5 (particulate matter) in air and belongs to the field of air treatment. Firstly, PM2.5 and larger particulate matters are separated, air flows through a cutter at a certain flow speed under the action of a sucking pump, larger particles are intercepted by components coated with oil due to large inertia, and most of fine particles with smaller inertia pass by with air flow; residual fine particles are dispersed in filtered pure distilled water, and a sample with certain concentration is prepared; absorbance of a standard solution is measured; the solution is placed in a colorimetric tube, and the concentration corresponding to absorbance of the standard solution is measured; a reagent is added to the solution, and the reagent can have a chemical reaction with a carbon element and a salt element in the fine particles, so that the photochromic quantity is displayed, and a corresponding concentration display value can be displayed. The method has the advantages of cost saving, simplicity in operation, time saving and labor saving. |
