Summary: | The invention discloses a rapid start preheating device of a hybrid electric vehicle and a control method thereof. The rapid start preheating device comprises a heating chamber. A ventilation device is arranged on the outer side of the heating chamber, heating plates and heat exchange water pipes are arranged inside the heating chamber and connected with the heating chamber through a current controller and a flow controller respectively, and temperature sensors are arranged on water inlets and water outlets of the heat exchange water pipes and the heating plates respectively and connected with the current controller and the flow controller to control the magnitude of current and the quantity of heat exchange fluid and also can control on-off of the current. By the arrangement of the controllers, the rapid start preheating device has the advantages that the magnitude of the current, the quantity of the heat exchange fluid and on-off of the current can be controlled, the temperature rise and heat transfer speed is high, the heat loss is small, the heat energy conversion rate is high, and the energy consumption is lowered. |
