Steel bars, in different directions and of different diameters, forming the steel bar net are rolled into the integrated steel bar net through special steel bar production equipment at the steel bar production stage, and the center lines of the steel bars in two directions are made located in the same plane; threads are arranged on the steel bars on the periphery of the steel bar net, and steel bar connecting pieces are installed on the steel bars with the threads; rapid on-site splicing is performed on the integrally formed steel bar net through the stress steel bar connecting pieces and bolts. The integrated forming and rapid splicing technology for the steel bar net can effectively decrease the use quantity of the steel bars, optimize the structural design, lower energy consumption and environmental pollution, shorten the operating time of steel bar engineering, relieve labor intensity and improve working efficiency, and therefore the specialization degree and industrialization degree of the steel bar engineering are increased.
