Summary: | The invention discloses a method for extraction separation of (6R, 7S, 8S)-7 alpha-[(beta-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol. The method comprises carrying out ethanol or water heating reflux extraction and condensation on the dry aboveground part of taraphochlamysaffinis as a raw material, orderly carrying out extraction on the concentrate by ethyl acetate and n-butanol, merging the extract liquids with the same solvent, carrying out concentration, carrying out MCI decoloring on the ethyl acetate extract, carrying out elution by different ratios of trichloromethane-methanol under the condition of an open silica gel column, merging the eluates with the same component, carrying out condensation, carrying out anti-phase column chromatography on the concentrate by RP-18, and carrying out separation purification by preparative HPLC to obtain the (6R, 7S, 8S)-7 alpha-[(beta-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol. The method has simple and fast processes. The (6R, 7S, 8S)-7 alpha-[(beta-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol has high purity and a low cost. |
