Summary:The invention relates to a radioactive waste liquid disposal device and method. The radioactive waste liquid disposal device comprises a flocculation filtration and absorption system and an ion exchange system connected with the flocculation filtration and absorption system. The flocculation filtration and absorption system comprises a flocculation reactor and a flocculation filter connected with a flocculation reactor. The ion exchange system comprises an ion exchange column and a precise filter connected with the ion exchange column. The radioactive waste liquid disposal method comprises the steps of firstly enabling waste liquid to perform non-full mixing reaction through the flocculation reactor to form fine and small flocculation bodies, then removing the fine and small flocculation bodies and impurities and absorbing remaining colloid through the flocculation filter, utilizing the ion exchange column to remove positive ions and negative ions in the waste liquid, finally using the precise filter to remove resin and particles carried in the waste liquid. The radioactive waste liquid disposal device and method can effectively remove a large amount of colloid-state and ion-state radioactive nuclides in the waste liquid and finally enable the waste liquid to meet the discharge requirement.
