Summary:The invention discloses an outer ring rectification machine and a rectification method of a numerical control circular ring, which are used for rectifying an outer ring of a circular ring-shaped metal part or component, wherein the outer ring rectification machine of the numerical control circular ring is used to roll on the outer ring of a workpiece to be rectified through three parallelly arranged mill rollers so as to realize ring rectification process; the three mill rollers are distributed as a isosceles triangle with the waist longer than the bottom; the rolling force is applied by the roller located on the top angle of the isosceles triangle; and the rotation of a workpiece to be rectified is driven by the driving roller located on the bottom angle of the isosceles triangle. The diameter deviation of the workpiece to be rectified is measured by a diameter deviation measurement device; when being rolled, the rolling force is adjusted according to the distribution of the diameter deviation of the workpiece to be rectified and the angle place moving state of the workpiece to be rectified, thus the continuously accurate rectification process can be realized by the rectification machine provided herein.
