A methoxy polyethylene glycol 2000-polylactide (553/47) diblock copolymer is used as a carrier material, taxol or docetaxel are wrapped in micelle, spray drying is performed to prepare a taxol or docetaxel micelle injection. The solubleness of taxane micelle antitumor drugs is greatly improved, treating effect is improved, the in-vivo circulation time is further prolonged, medicine activity is improved, the burst release effect is reduced, and bioavailability is improved.
