The invention relates to a battery pack and an industrial vehicle, wherein at least one of the battery module and electronic component is arranged on the the battery pack. A battery pack is provided with a battery module comprising a plurality of secondary batteries, an electronic component that contributes to the charging and discharging of the secondary batteries, and an installation body comprising an extended section that extends in the vertical direction. The installation body comprises a mounting section that protrudes from the extended section in a direction that intersects the vertical direction. At least one of the battery module and the electronic component is arranged on the extended section while mounted to the mounting section.
