The data package contains data information which is used for representing the language of a car owner. The car owner can achieve the information communication with other strange car owners in a driving process, thereby well alleviating or eliminating road rage. Moreover, the system also can achieve the data management and monitoring of the control terminal and the display terminal through the server, guarantees the normal operation, and guarantees the reliability.
