The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete steel wire net rack sandwiched curtain wall and an installation method thereof. The curtain wall is of a ribbon board assembling structure. Each ribbon board comprises an upper window board, a lower window board and a middle window board and is sequentially provided with an inner side concrete layer, a heat preservation layer and an outer side concrete layer from interior to exterior, wherein the inner side concrete layer and the outer side concrete layer are each internally provided with a plane steel wire net, the plane steel wire nets are welded and connected through a plurality of inclined inserted steel wires penetrating through the heat preservation layer, and a plurality of connecting steel assemblies for being connected with a beam frame of a building exterior wall main structure are embedded into the inner side concrete layer. The installation method comprises the steps that each curtain wall uses a sill of the corresponding lower window board as an interlayer horizontal boundary line, the upper and lower layers are connected in a horizontal position-changing mode, and each ribbon board is movably connected with upper and lower flanges of the beam frame through positioning angle iron inside the plane where the ribbon board is located. The matched light, heat preservation and isolation and fireproof curtain wall system of the integrated structure is provided for development of buildings of steel structures.
