Summary:The invention provides a top-blowing smelting furnace lead-smelting dust cadmium opening method by virtue of a wet process. The method comprises the following steps: adding top-blowing smelting furnace lead-smelting dust to an acidic solution to leach cadmium and arsenic, settling the arsenic into slag by virtue of oxidation, iron supplementation and neutralization, and after natural settling, recovering the cadmium by use of a method of pouring out the neutral liquid supernatant and adding zinc powder for replacement; combining the liquid left after replacement with a neutral leaching bottom flow, supplementing sulfuric acid for acidic leaching to further leach the cadmium, after liquid-solid separation, returning the acid leaching liquid for use in natural leaching, and treating the slag with lead concentrate by use of a lead smelting system. The method is used for solving the problem of continuous enrichment of the cadmium due to that the cadmium is high in content in the top-blowing smelting furnace lead-smelting dust, cannot be opened and then is recycled to the production procedure in the lead industry. Meanwhile, the top-blowing smelting furnace lead-smelting dust cadmium opening method by virtue of the wet process is simple and flexible in process and low in cost, and can be realized without great modification to the existing process; and besides, after treatment, the solution can be recycled to the wet-process smelting flow without secondary pollution.
