The invention discloses a polyurethane material distribution rod and belongs to the field of processing of composite polyurethane boards. The polyurethane material distribution rod comprises a material distribution cavity, wherein a plurality of material distribution holes are formed in the material distribution cavity; two ends of the material distribution cavity are closed; a feeding pipe is arranged on the material distribution cavity. When the polyurethane material distribution rod is used, the feeding pipe is connected with a material fluid tank, and material fluid enters the material distribution cavity from the feeding pipe, flows to two sides from the center in the material distribution cavity, and is uniformly scattered on an operation surface through the material distribution holes, so that the whole material distribution process is completed. According to the polyurethane material distribution rod, a single-layer material distribution process is adopted, materials are uniformly distributed, the chemical reaction synchronization of a polyurethane core material can be ensured, the quality defects of core blackening, shrinkage and the like are overcome, the quality of products is improved, and the qualified rate of the products is improved. The polyurethane material distribution rod is suitable for processing a super-thick board, a super-thin board and a composite board with high polyurethane core material fluidity at the same time.
