The invention discloses a drilling and tapping central machine which comprises a base. The base is provided with a first X-axis sliding way and a second X-axis sliding way, the first X-axis sliding way is provided with a first X-axis sliding rail and a second X-axis sliding rail, the second X-axis sliding way is provided with a first X-axis sliding rail and a second X-axis sliding rail, a saddle is installed on the first X-axis sliding rails, and the saddle is connected with the second X-axis sliding rails. The saddle is provided with a first Y-axis sliding way and a second Y-axis sliding way, wherein the first Y-axis sliding way is provided with a first Y-axis sliding rail, the second Y-axis sliding way is provided with a second Y-axis sliding rail, the first Y-axis sliding rail is connected with a stand column, and the stand column is connected with the second Y-axis sliding rail. According to the drilling and tapping central machine, water prevention and scrap prevention can be effectively achieved through the cooperation use of the sliding rails and the sliding ways, cost is reduced, and meanwhile the service life of the drilling and tapping central machine is prolonged.
