The invention relates to the technical field of welding, in particular to an underframe and hanging foot splicing device which comprises an underframe. A hanging foot supporting seat is arranged on a cross beam on two sides of the underframe, a limiting column is arranged in the middle of the hanging foot supporting seat, two groups of L-shaped limiting blocks are arranged at four corners of the underframe respectively and fixed on the underframe through a connecting plate, a plurality of auxiliary beam subplates are arranged inside the underframe, two ends of the underframe are connected with a bearing seat through a flange disc, and the bearing seat is fixed on a support. The underframe and hanging foot splicing device is simple in structure, and positions of hanging feet can be fixed through the hanging foot splicing seat arranged on the underframe; during welding, the hanging feet can be positioned on the underframe to be welded by only placing the hanging feet on the hanging foot supporting seat and limiting the positions of the hanging feet through the limiting column in the middle; welding is performed after positioning, so that uniformity in position of the hanging feet can be guaranteed, and product quality is improved.
