Summary: | The invention relates to a disc reactor for gas desorption of absorbents different in viscosity. The disc reactor body comprises a cylinder, heating devices, multiple discharging ports, a condensation device and discs. A rotary shaft at the center of the disc is horizontally arranged, and the surface of the disc is subjected to structural treatment. The heating devices are non-evenly arranged along the cylinder. The multiple discharging ports are distributed in the lower end of the cylinder. The condensation device is connected with a gas-phase outlet formed in the cylinder and condensates water vapor in tail gas. The discs are fixed to the rotary shaft at the center of the cylinder and are arranged in the principle 'spare distribution and then dense distribution'. Parts of the discs are immersed into liquid, the discs drags liquid in a trough when the horizontal rotary shaft rotates, liquid films are formed on the surfaces of the discs and perform substance exchange with a led gas-phase medium. The liquid films on the surfaces of the discs are constantly updated, meanwhile the liquid on the discs and the liquid in the trough perform substance mixing, exchange and update. |
