Summary:The invention relates to a heat pump-type thermal self-circulation rectification process, and a flow thereof is shown in FIG. 1. A rectifying tower 2, an overhead gas-phase compressor 1 and a bottom tower high-efficient reboiler 4 are adopted to replace an overhead condenser and a bottom tower reboiler of a traditional rectifying tower system. The overhead gas-phase compressor converts overhead low temperature gas phase into an available gas-phase heat source with a high temperature level through compression and working in a running process, and when heat transfer condensation is performed between the gas-phase heat source and a bottom tower material, partial heat energy converted by working of the compressor and all condensation latent heat are transferred to the bottom tower material. According to the rectification process, phase-change energy consumption, mainly for bottom tower evaporation and overhead condensation, of traditional rectification is fundamentally reduced, and a heater and the overhead gas-phase compressor are started and supplemented mainly for supplementing and providing liquid-phase temperature rise required in a material rectification process.
