The invention relates to a crop yield increasing agent and a preparation process thereof. In the prior art, the existing crop yield increasing agent has disadvantages of heavy environmental pollution, easy residue generation on crops, and harm to health. A purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems in the prior art. The yield increasing agent is prepared from Candida, Bacillus subtilis and a carrier. The preparation process comprises: 1, carrying out propagation on Candida and Bacillus subtilis; 2, inoculating the obtained Candida into a malt wort culture medium, inoculating the obtained Bacillus subtilis into a nutrient broth culture medium, and culturing to obtain a Candida liquid and a Bacillus subtilis liquid; 3, adding the Candida liquid to a carrier, uniformly stirring, fermenting, drying, adding the Bacillus subtilis liquid, fermenting, and drying to obtain bacterial powder; and 4, adding the bacterial powder to a NaOH aqueous solution, stirring, carrying out centrifugation, taking the supernatant, and adjusting the pH value so as to obtain the crop yield increasing agent. The crop yield increasing agent of the present invention is used for crop yield increasing.
