Summary:A far infrared on-line protection monitoring device used for a transformer comprises an infrared sensor which is installed near the transformer and mainly used for monitoring small animals near the transformer, wherein the infrared sensor is connected to a sensor signal collector which is arranged at the side through wires, the sensor signal collector uses a collected infrared signal as judging information for judging whether there is a small animal, and uploads the judging information to an A8 upper computer monitoring system which is connected with the sensor signal collector through a wireless network; the infrared sensor is a BK-P02C pyroelectric infrared sensor capable of sensing movement of the small animal to control changes of high and low levels, and is connected to the sensor signal collector consisting of an STM32F103 sensor signal collection system through three wires, wherein two wires are 24V power wires, and the other wire is an infrared signal output wire. The far infrared on-line protection monitoring device of the present invention has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient and reliable use, capacity of achieving intelligent monitoring, capacity of ensuring safe operation of a power line, etc.
