Summary: | A material control method after tobacco making roller device instant material interrupt comprises the step of adding the gradient adjustment and time-delay setting of critical process parameters in a PID control program of the process parameters of a roller device. When the front end or back end of a tobacco making roller device generates an equipment fault during the continuous production process, and when the device is shut down to interrupt the material or block the material, the inlet material flow of the roller is zero instantaneously, but the steam jet flow and the water addition flow keep a period of time, instead of tracking the inlet material flow, along with the gradient-reduction of the materials in the roller, and until all the materials in the roller are processed, the steam jet flow and the water addition flow are adjusted into zero. After applying the method of the present invention, when the front end or back end of the roller device generates faults, the blocked or interrupted batch materials all can be used normally, thereby solving the sensory quality reduction problem of the blocked or interrupted batch materials, guaranteeing the batch-to-batch quality stability of the cigarette products, laying the foundation for the brand development, and bringing considerable economic benefits for enterprises. |
