Summary:The invention relates to the field of synthesis of drugs for cardiovascular diseases, and particularly relates to a synthesizing process of a drug Ezetimibe of reducing the plasma cholesterol level and the liver cholesterol reserve. The Ezetimibe is prepared from p-fluorobenzenzoyl butyric acid which is taken as a raw material by virtue of a five-step synthesizing step. Compared with an existing method reported in a literature, the synthesizing method has the advantages of designing a shorter, effective and practical process route, being simple to operate, being stable in process, and being relatively suitable for large-scale production.
