The invention discloses a light seat cushion used for an aero seat arranged on a seat plate or a backing plate of the aero seat. The seat cushion comprises outer-layer fire-barrier fabric and an inner core of the seat cushion. The inner core of the seat cushion is arranged in the interior of the outer-layer fire-barrier fabric and comprises a three-dimensional stereo fabric structure. The light seat cushion used for the aero seat has following beneficial effects: the outer-layer fire-barrier fabric is adopted for replacing a conventional aircraft seat cushion fire-barrier layer and decoration fabric and a conventional two-layer fabric structure is combined as one to form one-layer fabric; the three-dimensional stereo fabric structure is adopted in the middle as the core of the seat cushion; a product has a simple structure and high safety and is integrally breathable and comfortable and is suitable for promotional use; and weight of the seat cushion is reduced.
