Summary:The invention relates to a method for the microcontact printing of a structure by transferring a printing material to a target surface of a substrate by means of a printing surface of a structure stamp, characterized in that the printing material is at least predominantly composed of silane or at least predominantly composed of at least one silane derivative and that the structure stamp is a soft stamp.
