The invention discloses a remote control apparatus. A conversation card is installed in the remote control apparatus for information communication, transmission of state control operation instructions and transmission of state information. The remote control apparatus is connected with a controller of an intelligent device and functions to establish an association between multiple conversation cards of a master control party and the conversation card of the intelligent device, can be connected with a mobile conversation system network through the conversation cards so as to receive information from the mobile conversation system network, processes and analyzes the information, verifies whether the apparatus has the authority to carry out state control on the intelligent device and receive the state information of the intelligent device, if it has the authority to perform the state control on the intelligent device, sends a corresponding instruction to the intelligent device which finishes state control to be executed, and if the state information of the intelligent device needs to be sent, sends the state information obtained from the intelligent device to the master control party.
