The invention discloses a color film substrate, a touch display panel and a touch display device. The color film substrate comprises a substrate, a suspension electrode block and a shielding grid; the suspension electrode block is prepared by the transparent conductive material and is arranged at one side of the substrate in a matrix form, the electric potential of the suspension electrode block is suspended; the shielding grid is prepared by transparent conductive material, located at one side of the substrate and connected with the ground; in the light transmitting direction, the suspension electrode block is located in the grid gap of the shielding grid, and the suspension electrode block and shielding grid are isolated mutually. According to the technical scheme, the shielding grid can quickly guide the electrostatic charge for connecting to the ground when external static electricity is in contact with the display screen, static electricity damage to the display screen from the electrostatic charge can be avoided, and the anti-static capability, displaying effect and touch effect of the products are ensured.
