Summary: | The invention relates to a method for controlling a glass cooling process during glass toughening. The method for controlling the glass cooling process during glass toughening has the advantages that a previous mode that cooling time is judged according to experience of operating workers is changed, and temperature sensors are set to be used for detecting temperature of glass in a glass toughening air-cooling section; when the temperature of the glass in the air-cooling section reaches or is approximate to the set temperature, a control center gives an instruction to a controller of a transmission mechanism to move the glass to a next process step, or the control center gives an instruction to a fan controller to decrease fan frequency to continue air cooling, so that dependency on the skilled workers during glass toughening is lowered; when glass toughening is completed, the fan frequency is decreased timely or the glass is moved to the next process step, so that on one hand, extra energy consumption caused by the fact that glass toughening is already completed but the glass is still under high air pressure is avoided, and on the other hand, the obtained toughened glass is high in product qualified rate and stable in product quality. |
