Summary: | The invention discloses a graded brake type ceramic-matrix brake pad system with adjustable brake strength, and relates to the technical field of ceramic-matrix brake pads. By applying the system, the routine brake strength can be adjusted and set freely by a user. The system comprises an emergency brake ceramic-matrix friction plate and a routine brake ceramic-matrix friction plate, wherein the emergency brake ceramic-matrix friction plate is fixed to the left end of a steel plate, and the routine brake ceramic-matrix friction plate is telescopically arranged in a clamping groove formed in the right part of the steel plate and controlled by a routine brake strength adjusting device. The user can freely adjust and set the routine brake strength in a manner of pressing a hydraulic agent in a hydraulic agent storage tank into a fold liquid tire bead through a hydraulic input unit, a double-pad brake structure combining the emergency brake ceramic-matrix friction plate and the routine brake ceramic-matrix friction plate is adopted, when a vehicle is braked, in the case of routine brake, braking is carried out only through the routine brake ceramic-matrix friction plate, and in the case of emergency brake, both the emergency brake ceramic-matrix friction plate and the routine brake ceramic-matrix friction plate are adopted for braking. |
