The invention relates to auxiliary structures, for production of special paper bags and paper boxes needing preservation of sealing openings, such as express file pockets and envelopes, of box pasting machines, in particular to a double-sided adhesive tape and easy-to-tear tape automatic adhesion device in the field of full-automatic box pasting machines for production of express file packaging bags. The double-sided adhesive tape and easy-to-tear tape automatic adhesion device comprises a mounting plate, wherein a material release device which is used for releasing material tape and rollers which are used for conveying the material tape are arranged on the mounting plate, and cutoff devices which are used for cutting the material tape outputted by the material release device are arranged at the output ends of the rollers on the mounting plate. The double-sided adhesive tape and easy-to-tear tape automatic adhesion device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the technology for automatically adhering double-sided adhesive tape and easy-to-tear tape to the sealing openings is added in the process of production of the special express file pockets through the full-automatic box pasting machines, an existing old processing technology for manual adhesion of the double-sided adhesive tape and the easy-to-tear tape is eliminated, the productivity is improved, and full automation of a box pasting machine production line is achieved.
